Welcome to Housemaids Services (www.housemaids-services.in). By hiring domestic staffing solutions, baby care experts, cooks, or caretakers through our agency, you (the Client/Employer) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before utilizing our placement services.
1. Nature of Agency Services & Role
 * Facilitator Role: Housemaids Services acts as a professional recruitment and placement consultancy bridging households with domestic workers, housemaids, cooks, nannies, baby sitters, and patient caretakers.
 * Independent Workers: We do not enter into direct employment contracts with the candidates. All candidates introduced to you are independent individuals, and the final employment relationship is established directly between the Client and the Candidate.
 * No Candidate Fees: In compliance with ethical guidelines, our agency charges placement/service fees strictly from the client only. We do not charge any registration or placement fees from job-seeking candidates.
2. Candidate Background Verification & Safety
 * Initial Verification: The agency collects available identification records (such as Aadhaar card copies or digital photo IDs) from candidates.
 * Employer’s Due Diligence: For maximum safety and security, clients are strongly advised to collect physical self-attested copies of the candidate's Aadhaar card, address proof, and references upon joining.
 * Police Verification & Compliance: Employers are requested to submit candidate documentation to their local police station as per local legal requirements and adhere to housing society guidelines (including health checks).
 * Supervision: Employers are solely responsible for supervising their employees, maintaining safety precautions, and keeping personal valuables, cash, and belongings secure. The agency is not liable for any losses, damages, or missing belongings during the tenure of employment.
3. Replacement Support Policy (3 Months)
 * Support Period: Honest Enterprises / Housemaids Services provides a 3-month support period from the date of joining for candidate adjustments or replacement requirements.
 * Replacement Terms: If a candidate leaves or is found unsuitable within the 3-month window, the agency will support you with a replacement. To avail of a replacement, the client must either pay the travel fare or personally pick up the new candidate from our office.
 * Exclusions from Replacement: Replacements will not be provided under the following conditions:
   * If the client or family members subject the candidate to physical/mental harassment, torture, or unreasonable strain.
   * If the monthly salary or agreed working conditions are altered unilaterally.
   * If the client fails to clear dues or misbehaves with the agency or candidate.
4. Service Charges & Financial Policies
 * Non-Refundable Fees: Agency service charges paid by the client are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances once the service has been rendered or a candidate has been placed.
 * Salary & Payments:
   * Candidate salaries must be mutually decided between the client and candidate based on work volume.
   * Monthly wages must be paid directly by the employer to the candidate at the end of each completed month of service.
   * The agency service charge cannot and must not be deducted from the candidate's monthly salary.
   * Employers should not disburse excessive advance payments directly to candidates. The agency holds no financial responsibility for monetary disputes or advance loans given directly to the employee.
5. Luggage Inspection & Termination Protocol
 * When a candidate's employment is terminated or when they leave the workplace, the employer must inspect their bags/luggage in their presence and clear all pending balanced wages.
 * The agency will not be held accountable or dragged into legal disputes if either party fails to settle final accounts properly.
6. Limitation of Liability & Accidents
 * The agency bears no legal or financial risk regarding accidents, medical emergencies, injuries, or health issues sustained by the employee during their entire period of employment at the client's premises.
7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
 * Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of these terms shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai / Vasai-Virar / Palghar District, Maharashtra.
8. Modification of Terms
 * Housemaids Services reserves the right to modify, add, or subtract any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior individual notice   We provide this services housemaid cook, baby care nanny maid servant services in Mumbai only. we take one month salary our service charge. we provide 24 hours 12 hours 10 hours 24 living candidate .baby sitter nanny,placement for all over mumbai, whatever fix by salary between candidate or client.and give you three month full support of replacement. we don't have any renew charge ,we give you candidate document as id proof .and address proof. pleas submit all document in your nearest police station .housemaid verify by service center only. pleas be alert .you will have to make payment while tacking candidate .once providing service charge can't be return on any condition .subject to vasai  virar palghar jurisdiction only.  honest enterprises manpower services center not take  any responsible any loss or damage theft by candidate. candidate take 2 holly day in month. when candidate take leave pleas check his/her luggage . part time maid servant or other staff when leave your house please chek bag or other carry bag, as covide situation we take only Aadhar card photo an pan photo candidare image by email or whatsup  so please collect hard copy document from candidate and photo and submit document near your police station for verification . and also take cowin vaccine certifecate  from candidate .
